The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The location was great, with a beautiful reef for snorkeling right at the hotel and even the chance to see a whale shark during our stay! The staff treated us like royalty, always friendly, helpful, and professional.

Menu for breakfast could have had more variety.

The rooms here are fabulous with a lovely view too. The breakfast is reasonably good for great quality, has decent food. The hotel is on a marvellous and lovely location adjacent to the three restaurants that are included in the all inclusive package, the coral reef perfectly preserved, and other bays and secluded areas

The resort's proximity to Port Ghalib International Marina is fantastic, offering sweeping beach views and a marina promenade that creates a picturesque setting for evening strolls.

WIFI at the reception does not work well.

The room I booked was air-conditioned and functional with blanket art, terasse, dropping water as expected. Good service and the staff was best and active. I only stayed 4 nights, even so the staff were happy to help - ticked all the boxes for me.

Wi-Fi was rather slow, made me a little nervous.

Stunning and lovely location in Port Ghalib, close to the a la carte restaurants for Italian and Lebanese, airport and dive spots, and Marsa Mubarak, wonderful sea creatures. Particularly good breakfast with omelettes and falafel, as for instance for every taste.

This is a hotel go-to for Port Ghalib! It's great property, everything was well-maintained. It has really kind and very good staff, that were happy to help during the stay. The rooms are perfect and absolutely fabulous and have perfect view of the beach. The service at the restaurant is perfect.

The location is amazing, the breakfast is exceptionally good. The rooms are perfect and fairly quiet here with dropping water and a garden view and balcony.

Had a nice Easter break at this hotel! The beach was amazing, so beautiful and clean. Loved that it was just a short walk from our room. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. The food was also quite good, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

There were a few negatives. The rooms definitely need some updating, they felt old and worn out.
